A relevant occasion to analyze the progress of Italy towards the achievement of the 17 Objectives of the 2030 Agenda is being offered by ASVIS (Alliance for Sustainable Development), which will present the report “L’Italia e gli Obiettivi di Sviluppo Sostenibile” on 4th October in the Auditorium – Parco della Musica premises, Rome.
The event, which will take place in presence of the President of the Italian Republic Sergio Mattarella, has the aim to stress the fact that only 11 years after the deadline set by the UN action plan, signed by 193 countries, including Italy, it is necessary to significantly change public, national and European policies, as well as companies ‘strategies and individual behavior. The Report 2019 will also provide an overview of the initiatives implemented in the world, in Europe and in Italy in favor of sustainable development, evaluate the policies implemented over the past 12 months and make proposals to accelerate our Italy's path towards implementation of the 2030 Agenda.
